How does it feel to be the Class Representative of the class?
It feels great and proud to be a CR of the class. I have been the CR for 6 long months. My motivation to be a CR was to achieve a leadership platform and would learn to handle and make the people work under various circumstances.
What do you mean by leadership? Tell us about a time / describe a situation when you have proved you have better leadership skills.
According to me leadership is supervising people to achieving the pre-determined objectives and keeping the team happy and getting the best performance out of them. Once our coordinator told me about an internship and she wanted maximum number of people to participate in the interview session. As I announced the situation to the whole class maximum number of students were nervous. And I had the responsibility to make them participate. In order to make them interested, I did a research about the institution who wanted us as interns and noted down the fame and progress of the institution. As the main problem was we were First year students and being the First year students the interviews were new. The next day I went to the class along with a senior student from same course who is an intern at the same company. I displayed my research to the whole class and convinced them that being at first year getting such a job at this very young age is an open goal to score that though a winning goal and I let hat senior guy to tell them about the advantages to all my classmates and this did help them gain a lot of knowledge about the advantages to do an internship. And with this whole setup, 45 students amongst the total 52 students got ready for the internships.
