Myself Preet Pradeep Palrecha, student of Nagindas Khandwala College from B section.
Got 82% in HSC, fond of stats subject, won trophies in sports event. Won zonal competition in band, I make my own
Composing, Song. Participated in many college fests, I like to dance, that means very much interested in
extra circular activities and I dislike being low, sad, negative.
Tell us about your college
Our college is not just a college, it is a family indeed, that I love the most about it. All faculties are good, but my favorite teacher is Kavita mam because she have a different way of teaching which impressed me a lot. I also loved her inspiring nature & smartness.
Happiest moment of mine in our section was during the I.V. trip & the days of our fest PRAVAAH. Most memorable moment was during the days of PRAVAAH fest especially the working night out in college for the fest. Just awesome .unforgettable
When did you join BFM? Which year you are in? What inspired you to choose BFM and not any other course?
I joined BFM in the year 2014. M in my first year of Degree College. My interest generated when I came to know about the course in my standard 10th. My main curiosity is to know the practical world of financial market. My brother also inspired me for this degree. Other course did not created any interest with in me
According to you, what is BFM all about? As a student, what changes would you like to bring in Indian education system?
According to me BFM is all about the practical knowledge of financial market. But the practical knowledge is too less. There is more and more of unbeneficial theory and which also in reality does not relate with the practical world and as a student I would also like to inverse the format of examination i.e. 75 marks of practical exams and 25 marks of theory indeed
Who in your life has influenced the most?
My Mother motivated me the most. She gave the freedom to choose whatever I wanted to be. I automatically smile when I just recall her smiling image in my mind that create positive spirit in me
What would you advice someone planning to do BAF / BBI / BMS / BFM / BMM / BBA?
Do not choose any of course by coming in pressure of someone. First of all you have to find your interest. Find what excites in that course the most. Then get more knowledge of that course. Then enroll
