Tell us about yourself?

Ans : I am capable and confident enough to deal with the situations, I am emotional a bit but can tackle and deal over with each situations hopefully. I joined this course because i find more of new & interesting things which I can learn from this course and get a good experience in future.

 

How does it feel to be the Class Representative of the class?

Ans: I have been CR for since 2years in Degree College and I feel good for taking this opportunity and becoming CR. I feel I am capable of handling my class and manage everything in a better and systematic way. I feel I have leadership power so i took this chance which has given a good response.

 

What do you mean by leadership? Tell us about a time / describe a situation when you have proved you have better leadership skills.

Ans:  Leader is that person who takes all initiative to guide and motive others which helps others to work effectively. In short, the action of leading a group of people. I can say to become a CR is the best example where i have proved better leadership skills.

 

What are the most important values you demonstrate as a leader?

Ans:  There are 3 important values that I demonstrate as a leader i.e. Be honest, Live out your values, Treat people fairly.

 

Does a leader need to be motivated? How can leaders maintain themselves to stay motivated?

Ans:  Yes of course because if he/she is confident enough to handle the crowd and motivate them then the first best thing is that they should maintain is positive attitude towards each situation which will lead to success.

 

What is the most difficult part of being a leader?

Ans: Leadership is a messy business.  If you are not careful, it can keep you up at night, and send you into bouts of depression and worry, because understanding, aligning, and keeping a group of people focused and passionate is simply difficult.

 

What is your greatest strength and weakness as a leader?

Ans:  Strengths are:-  Easily Motivated and Quick Learning, Dedication and Commitment towards work, Enthusiasm to take up the Challenges, Time Punctuality, Obedient, and Honest.

Weakness are:- I don’t find myself weak in specified area if I find it I work very hard to overcome it.

 

According to you, what is BFM all about?

Ans:  It’s all about completing your education and getting a degree but the most important part i feel is to get experience of good & bad things and more of practical knowledge because that is what which will help you in your future to deal with the situations.

 

As a student, what changes would you like to bring in Indian education system?

Ans:  I don’t know what to answer for this question but i feel more of experience and practical knowledge will bring you ahead.

 

What would you advice someone planning to do BFM?

Ans:  I can’t advice someone because it all depends upon their interest & capability of doing work but still as a BFM student i would say BFM is something new & interesting course where you learn a lot of new things.

 

Through this struggle and success, what have you learned? What is the wisdom of life and competition? What is your message to the upcoming BFM students?

Ans: I have learned many things by experiences that positive attitude leads you to success and each day is a competition & challenge where you learn or earn something for your ownself. I would just say choose your field according to your interest & al the best for upcoming students.
